We conduct on-site dimension measurement. Based on cable quantity and category, we determine cable tray specifications and design optimal routing plans. We arrange layered layout for high-voltage power cables, low-voltage cables, control cables and computer shielded cables to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Cable Tray Assembly
We assemble ladder trays, trough-type shielded trays together with full sets of fittings including cross joints, tees and vertical elbows. Only original factory parts such as connecting plates, angle adjusters, brackets and I-steel uprights are adopted.
Fixation & Installation
We install wall-mounted, hoisted and ground-mounted supports. Support span and overall load capacity are strictly calculated. Outdoor cable trays are equipped with rain shields, and all welding joints receive anti-corrosion treatment.
Earthing Construction
Flexible copper jumpers are used for tray connections. Long-distance cable trays adopt sectional repeated earthing to ensure electrical safety in line with relevant standards.
Cable Separation
Partition plates are installed when strong current and weak current cables share one tray. The cable filling ratio is strictly controlled below 40% to reserve space for future expansion.
Service Advantages
Construction strictly complies with industrial standards. We accurately calculate tray width, load capacity and cross-sectional area to avoid overload and overcrowded wiring.
Strong and weak current cables are laid separately. Shielded trays are used exclusively for weak current signal cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.
One-stop service including on-site measurement, scheme design, construction with materials supplied, and completion acceptance.
We undertake projects of all sizes and provide secondary construction such as after-sales maintenance, tray reconstruction and circuit expansion.
Application Scenarios
Indoor and outdoor cable tray projects for industrial plants, data centers, commercial buildings, municipal weak current projects, factory power circuits, electrical wiring in chemical workshops, etc.
